Sounds great but beat up

There are no issues with the sound and I understand a refurb, not from the manufacturer means used but dented?
The sound bar has a nice dent right in the middle on top in the front. A nice 3-inch-long dent on top that causes a further bulge in front, is kind of noticeable
Sure, if we had several grades of these units and I picked the cheaper lower beat-up grade (which I likely would have) I would never even write about it but this is not the usual refurb scratch/nick but a c-grade refurb dent on an item that is not priced as a c-grade. The other speakers including the woofer were in great condition (as were the cables and changer) and the packaging was top-notch and in no way could have caused the dent. I'd still buy the thing if the condition possibilities were shared a little more, but they didn't.
