18K Solid Gold Rope Chain

I brought this chain for my Grandson and when I recieved it..it wasn't as pictured...I tried to get refund by contacting them with no response from them .I returned necklace to return address on envelope I still haven't received my money and they have the necklace and I am out of 150.00..scammers..buyers Beware

The picture above this textbox illustrates how you misrepresented the chains. Compared to the neck-and-shoulders manikin you display it on, it seems to be heavy and substantial. But having seen the actual chain (it looks like merely woven wire), it is evident to me that the manikin in the picture above is about the size of a Barbie doll. I challenged the charge on Paypal, but have heard nothing and the charge remains on my card. I has made occasional purchases from Daolysale before, but will never purchase from them again unless I get a full refund. I was intending to block their e-mails in the next few days.
