IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED

I purchasedc this soundbar system to replace another soundbar system, that even with a bass speaker, sounded tinny. This soundbar has resolved that issue. The sound is excellent, including the bass. One important tip in the instructions for this soundbar, that I ignored at first, makes a huge difference. Place the bass speaker in the floor (soundbar at ear level). With the bass on the floor the entire house becomes part of the speaker. I am more than pleased with my purchase.

I received this product and it would not power in at all. I set up a return and was sent a usps voucher for a 13 ounce package. The usps said they could not mail it with that i would need a different postage amount. I contacted support and was told that they would not provide it. Usps told me it would cost $94 to send it back but the item only costs $130. So you send me a product that don’t work and you don’t provide for the shopping return. Ridiculous. I will stick with Amazon.
